We combine southern hospitality that was learned in lower Alabama with the skills to bring your association or organization to the next level.

Meghan Martin, CAE |Founder | Association Management Professional | Event Connoisseur | Visionary

Meghan Martin is a certified association executive with over a decade of experience helping nonprofit organizations, medical societies, and professional associations thrive. Most recently, she served as Director of Membership and Specialty Societies at the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, where she managed a $1.8 million annual membership dues campaign and served as executive director for eight specialty medical societies — overseeing board governance, financial management, and conference planning for each.

Throughout her career, Meghan has built a reputation for developing engaged, well-run organizations from the ground up. She has led recruitment and engagement strategies for young physician, resident, and medical student sections, guided legislative advocacy efforts including statehouse visits and policy communications, and managed full-time staff teams supporting complex multi-society operations.

Before moving into association management, Meghan spent four years in hospitality sales at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa, where she was named Sales Manager of the Year in 2017 after exceeding her sales goal by 200%. That background gave her hands-on expertise in event and conference planning — from contract negotiation to logistics — skills she now brings directly to the associations she serves.

Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations from Troy University and earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2024. She founded Springhill Advisory Group to bring high-level, hands-on association management to organizations that need experienced leadership without the overhead of a full internal staff.

Amanda Studdard | Association Management Professional | Event Strategist | Membership & Operations Leader

With more than 20 years of experience in association management, Amanda has dedicated her career to helping professional societies grow, operate efficiently, and create exceptional experiences for their members.

Throughout her career, she has managed every aspect of association operations—from supporting executive boards and overseeing membership initiatives to planning large-scale conferences, negotiating contracts, managing technology systems, and building strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners. She believes successful associations are built through organization, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to serving their members.

Over the years, Amanda has planned and executed more than 200 conferences, meetings, and educational events, managing six-figure budgets, coordinating hundreds of exhibitors and sponsors, and oversaw every detail from strategic planning through onsite execution. Whether organizing an annual conference for physicians, supporting specialty societies, or managing multiple events simultaneously Amanda thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving make all the difference.

Beyond event management, Amanda brings extensive experience in membership growth, board administration, vendor negotiations, financial oversight, contract management, technology support, website management, and organizational operations. Her background in Information Systems Management also allows her to bridge the gap between technology and day-to-day association management, helping organizations improve efficiency while delivering outstanding member experiences.

As a business owner, Amanda has also developed expertise in leadership, team management, budgeting, customer service, marketing, and strategic planning—skills that strengthen her ability to understand the operational challenges organizations must overcome.
